Shipping Return and Exchange Policy
- Complete Address: Ensure that your postal address, including pin code, email, and contact number, is accurate to facilitate timely delivery. Please double check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.
- Processing Time: If the item is in stock, we will pack and dispatch it within 3 working days. If some items are out of stock, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days. We will keep you updated in such cases.
- Delivery Schedule: Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
- Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. We appreciate your patience.

Return and Exchange Policy

Damaged Product

– Clear images of the damaged product
For multi-item shipments, only the affected product will be eligible for exchange. Once verified, we will promptly arrange for an exchange of the damaged product(s) and extend full assistance. Our team will respond to all emails within 24–48 hours.
Missing Product
In case any item from your order is missing, please inform us within 5 days of delivery via email at naturelypure@gmail.com with the following details:

– Clear images of the opened box with all items received
We cannot process refunds, but we will promptly exchange the missing item(s) by dispatching them at the earliest. You can expect a response from us within 24–48 hours.
Spoiled Product
If you receive a product that appears spoiled, kindly notify us within 5 days of delivery at naturelypure@gmail.com, providing:

– Date of packaging/manufacture
– Clear images or video of the product
Please note that since our products are completely natural and handmade, variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are normal and do not indicate spoilage. These natural differences cannot be considered a reason for exchange. However, in the rare case of genuine spoilage, we will thoroughly investigate and arrange for an exchange. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours and provide complete assistance.
